Next Steps After Purchasing:
- Send portrait pictures of each member to programs@calabogie.com so we can create your personal photo ID cards.
- Pick up your photo ID cards and your Gate access card at the Calabogie Peaks Hotel front desk or Boathouse Bar & Grill.
- Bring your access card to unlock the gate and show your photo ID cards to use our facilities and amenities.
FAQ’S
Golfing
Ironwoods Golf Course is a walking 9-hole cottage golf course. Golf carts are not permitted on the course. Golf bag push carts and clubs are available for rent.
Members must sign in before teeing off.
Golf balls are available for purchase at the Boathouse Bar & Grill.
Swimming
The beach and hotel pool is not patrolled by lifeguards or other staff. Members are solely responsible for their safety and security. Members should not allow children to swim alone or unsupervised. No diving off the docks.
Lost Membership ID Cards
Annual and Seasonal members must have their Photo ID Cards accessible at all times. Lost cards can be replaced for a $25 fee at the Calabogie Peaks Hotel or Boathouse Bar & Grill.
Special Events
Calabogie Peaks occasionally hosts events that use sections of the resort including the beachfront and hotel facilities. Each event is treated independently and may require adjustments from members.
For example, some weddings are at the beachfront. Members are not permitted in the designated areas around the time of the event. Golfing is prohibited on Spartan Race days for the safety of participants. Contact us at info@calabogie.com if you have any questions.
Alcohol & Drugs
Ontario Liquor License rules apply. Personal alcohol may not be brought to or be consumed at the beach, golf course or anywhere on Resort premises. Only drinks sold on-site will be permitted on the property.
Parking
Member parking in designated parking areas of the Calabogie Peaks Resort and Hotel. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged cars or personal belongings inside the car.
