| Transportation from airport | The Resort makes periodic trips to Ottawa to pick up workers at the airport or train station. To use the Resort transportation, workers will be required to be available at certain designated times. This may require some arriving workers to stay overnight at an Ottawa hotel or hostel. |

| Documentation | The Resort assists international workers with their paperwork and banking. We provide applications for Social Insurance Numbers, a trip to Service Canada to deliver the SIN applications, and a trip to the bank to open a bank account. In addition, the Resort provides employment and job training information on line prior to the commencement of work. |
