Ski Season Pass – Snowboard Season Pass

Your ski season pass includes unlimited days on the mountain – offering pass holders the best skiing in Ontario.  Your ski pass affords unlimited mountain access to all trails, with flexibility and convenience. For the 2018-2019 season all Peaks Season Passes include a complimentary Resort Membership! Resort Memberships include discounts on programs, rentals, lift tickets for friends and family, retail merchandise, food and beverages (excluding alcohol as per Ontario regulations) and hotel discounts.  Call Calabogie Peaks your winter home with a season pass.

Terms & Conditions
Taxes excluded. Age is as of December 31st. Identification required for proof of age. Program Passes may only be purchased in combination with an 8 or 10-week Program. Program passes are not available to Calabogie Racing or Freestyle Clubs because they are independently run organizations.

Almost Anytime Pass may be used weekdays only, except for Christmas Holiday (December 25th-28th 2018 & December 31st 2018-January 4th 2019), Family Day, or March Break. Almost Anytime Passholders may purchase lift tickets on weekends and holidays at a 10% discount.

With your membership to one of the leading ski resorts near Ottawa, remember that season passes are not refundable without insurance, and season passes are not transferable.

Insurance Protection

Insurance is sold per pass and is issued in the name of the pass holder.

For $25 you are guaranteed a refund if you cannot use your pass due to your:

  • Injury, Illness or Pregnancy
  • Transfer out of the region due to employment (greater than 250 km from Resort)
  • Loss of Job

*Insurance may only be purchased at the time you buy your season pass.

How to Present a Claim?

Send an email to programs@calabogie.com. Include a doctor’s report or a description of your employment move or job loss and return your pass to the Adventure Centre.

Skiing and snowboarding in Ontario is fun, challenging and very diverse- but it doesn’t have to be confusing. Here are some of the commonly asked questions we receive, and their answers. If you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Are there any other benefits for passholders?

Yes, membership has it privileges! Seasons Pass holders enjoy the following member benefits at the Resort:

What if I forget my pass?

Visit the Adventure Centre and you will be issued a lift ticket for the day. If you forget a second or more times, you need to buy a lift ticket at the regular price.

Can I use the same photo, or email a photo, so that my pass can be mailed to me?

Those over the age of 18 may use their current pass photo.

Passholders 18 & under must submit a new photo or have one taken at the Adventure Centre.

Anyone wishing to update their photo can also submit a photo or have a new one taken at the Adventure Centre. Photos can be emailed to: programs@calabogie.com.

How do I get my pass?

You can pick up your pass at the Adventure Center when the season opens in December.

If we decide to email you our photo, what are the photo requirements?

The photo should be current full face, front view with a plain background – no other items should be in photo. A .jpeg file is the preferred image format. Photos should be emailed to: programs@calabogie.com

What is your expected opening and closing date?

We open the mountain as early as we can and we stay open as long as conditions are favourable.

Generally, we are open from the beginning of December to early or mid April.

What are the blackout dates for the Almost Anytime pass?
  • Christmas &  New Year’s Week
  • Family Day
  • Ontario March Break
  • Almost Anytimee Pass Holders may purchase lift tickets on any Blackout day at a 10% discount.
What are the deadlines for purchasing passes?

There is no deadline. Buy before the winter to get the best prices.

When is The Adventure Centre season pass office open?

The Adventure Center is open during the ski season, from 9am-4pm. You may purchase your pass anytime online or at the hotel.

How does Calabogie Peaks Resort determine the appropriate age category for pass purchases?

By the age of the guest at December 31st.

When skiing, how is my pass to be worn?

Passes must be visible and properly attached to the front of your jacket. Passes must not be attached to your gloves or hat.

What is your cancellation policy?

Season pass may not be cancelled and are not refundable or transferable.  We encourage you to buy season pass insurance to protect your investment.  Season Pass Insurance may only be purchased at the time you purchase your pass.

What if I damage my pass?

Cracked, broken or damaged passes may be replaced at no charge – the damaged pass must be surrendered.

What if I lose my pass?

If you have lost your pass, contact us immediately at programs@calabogie.com or call 800-669-4861 x 1705. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email or phone message. The next time you visit, we will print you a new pass. The first time your pass is lost, the replacement cost is $39. After that, replacement passes must be purchased at the applicable rate.

I heard of a passholder who loaned his pass to a friend and got caught. What happens in a situation

Passes are not transferrable. This would be considered “theft of services.” The person who loaned the pass will lose all pass privileges. The person using the pass will pay an administrative fee & the cost of a lift ticket that day.
