You’ve saved. You’ve planned. You’ve been looking forward to skiing for months. But things don’t always go according to plan. Ski Pass Insurance protects you when the unexpected happens. With your season pass to one of the leading ski resorts near Ottawa, remember that season passes are not refundable without insurance, and season passes are not transferable. Insurance is non refundable.
Insurance Protection
Insurance is sold per pass and is issued in the name of the pass holder.
For $25 you are guaranteed a refund if you cannot use your pass due to your:
- Injury, Illness or Pregnancy
- Transfer out of the region due to employment (greater than 250 km from Resort)
- Loss of Job
- Government Mandated Closure due to COVID-19

How to Present a Claim?
Send an email to programs@calabogie.com. Include a doctor’s report or a description of your employment move or job loss and return your pass to the Adventure Centre.
2020-2021 SEASON PASS HOLDERS – REBATE/REFUND CLAIMS VALID BETWEEN DEC. 28TH, 2020 – APR. 15, 2021. AFTERWHICH CLAIMS ARE NULL AND VOID.
We offer you two alternatives:
Alternative 1:
- We will refund you for the number of shutdown days that you were unable to use your pass when the shutdown ends
Alternative 2:
- You may surrender your pass and obtain a full refund less a small pro rated amount for the days that you were able to use your pass before Dec 26, 2020.

By picking up your RFID card you agree to receive Alternative #1, please contact programs@calabogie.com prior to the end of the 2020-2021 season to obtain your rebate.

Skiing and snowboarding in Ontario is fun, challenging and very diverse- but it doesn’t have to be confusing. Here are some of the commonly asked questions we receive, and their answers. If you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Visit the Adventure Centre and you will be issued a lift ticket for the day. If you forget a second or more times, you need to buy a lift ticket at the regular price.
Those over the age of 18 may use their current pass photo.
Passholders 18 & under must submit a new photo or have one taken at the Adventure Centre.
Passes are never mailed out. If you reload your RFID card with a Season Pass, it can be taken directly to the chairlift for your first day of skiing. If you do not yet have an RFID card you can pick it up by scanning your QR code voucher at the Pick Up Box outside the Adventure Centre.
You can pick up your pass at the Adventure Center when the season opens in December.
We open the mountain as early as we can and we stay open as long as conditions are favourable.
Generally, we are open from the beginning of December to early or mid April.

There is no deadline. Buy before the winter to get the best prices.
The Adventure Center is open during the ski season, from 9am-4pm. You may purchase your pass anytime online. For questions, please contact programs@calabogie.com or 613-752-2720 ext 1710.
By the age of the guest at December 31st.
Passes must be visible and properly attached to the front of your jacket. Passes must not be attached to your gloves or hat.
Season pass may not be cancelled and are not refundable or transferable. We encourage you to buy season pass insurance to protect your investment. Season Pass Insurance may only be purchased at the time you purchase your pass.
Cracked, broken or damaged passes may be replaced at no charge – the damaged pass must be surrendered.
If you have lost your pass, contact us immediately at programs@calabogie.com or call 1-800-669-4861 x 1710. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email or phone message. The next time you visit, we will print you a new pass. The first time your pass is lost, the replacement cost is $39. After that, replacement passes must be purchased at the applicable rate.
Passes are not transferrable. This would be considered “theft of services.” The person who loaned the pass will lose all pass privileges. The person using the pass will pay an administrative fee & the cost of a lift ticket that day.
