General
Season Passes are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Passholders must report lost or stolen passes to Guest Services immediately. A replacement fee may apply for lost, damaged, or stolen passes.
Use & Conduct
Your Season Pass is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Any misuse, including sharing, lending, or fraudulent use, will result in immediate suspension or revocation without refund.
Refunds & Credits
All Season Pass sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for weather, snow conditions, limited operations, or early season closures. In the event of a Resort-mandated full-season closure, the Resort may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future pass.
Operations
Lift, terrain, and facility access depend on weather, safety, and operational conditions and may change or close without notice. The Resort does not guarantee the number of operating days, open terrain, or lift availability during the season.
Safety
All guests must follow posted signage, Resort rules, and staff directions. Unsafe behavior, reckless skiing or riding, or the use of alcohol or drugs while on the slopes may result in immediate pass revocation without refund.
RFID Passes
Season Passes are issued on RFID cards for contactless lift access. Do not bend, punch holes in, or alter your card. Lost, stolen, or damaged RFID cards can be replaced at Guest Services for a replacement fee. RFID technology is used to verify pass use and prevent unauthorized access.
Photos & Marketing
By visiting Calabogie Peaks, guests consent to photography and video recording on-site and agree that such images may be used by the Resort for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
Responsibility
Skiing, snowboarding, and other mountain activities involve inherent risks, including changing weather, terrain conditions, and natural or man-made obstacles. By purchasing a Season Pass, guests acknowledge and voluntarily accept all such risks.
Modifications
The Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
