Job Requirements
- Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Take hotel and other resort amenity reservations
- Sell tickets, rentals and resort amenities
- Greet guests upon arrival at resort; register and check in – out lodging guests and provide information/respond to questions from all Resort visitors
- Market, promote and up sell the Resort’s products – (lodging, events, recreation programs, packages, tickets)
- Answering phone & switchboard
- Data Entry
- Nightly reporting and analytics
- Fully understand, and have the ability to communicate the Resort’s products, business processes and sales software
- Administrative duties as required
