Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Take hotel and other resort amenity reservations
  • Sell tickets, rentals and resort amenities
  • Greet guests upon arrival at resort; register and check in – out lodging guests and provide information/respond to questions from all Resort visitors
  • Market, promote and up sell the Resort’s products – (lodging, events, recreation programs, packages, tickets)
  • Answering phone & switchboard
  • Data Entry
  • Nightly reporting and analytics
  • Fully understand, and have the ability to communicate the Resort’s products, business processes and sales software
  • Administrative duties as required
