We offer you the best snow school staff in the Ottawa Valley with a compliment of 105 fully certified instructors and coaches. 

We offer a safe and fun environment, our experienced Snow School staff are ready to provide you with superior training programs tailored to meet your needs, regardless of your ability.

Choosing your program - ski or snowboard

The "Step Program" is nationally recognized and focuses on creating a fun learning environment for your child. This program is offered over 5 or 10 consecutive Saturdays and Sundays beginning January 2 or February 6, 2010. 

Our certified Ski and Snowboard Instructors make learning fun and exciting. The new improvements to the beginner learning terrain and especially the addition of the carpet lift just confirms your choice to make Calabogie Peaks Resort your winter headquarters for learning. At the end of the program all participants will receive a participation certificate, participation pins and a fun filled themed last day to wrap up a job well done. 

Youth program dates and times also correspond with our adult programs so Moms and Dads can get in on the learning experience.

A lift ticket or season pass is required for all lesson programs. Minimum enrolment is required of all group lessons. We reserve the right to cancel a program based on insufficient enrolment. All prices include tax.

Adult Peaks Performance

If you want to challenge yourself in a new area or you're just looking to improve your skill level then take part in our 5 or 10 consecutive Saturday and Sunday program starting January 2, 2010. Our certified instructors make learning fun!

Holiday Camps

Only $40 for one day or three days for $35/day!

School's out and it's time to head to the "Hill". Our 5 consecutive day lesson format promotes very effective learning through repetition and muscle memory. Lessons start daily at 10:30 a.m. Ski Wees lesson format is 1.5 hr and Kids Club is a 2 hr lesson format.

Private lessons

Create your own group or go solo. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned snow veteran wanting to spruce up your technique. Lessons offered to participants aged 3 and up; Lessons are offered daily. Rates include taxes.

"Discover" programs

A chance to discover the thrills of skiing and snowboarding. For first timers. Includes 1/2 day rental equipment, 1/2 day lift ticket for beginner lift, and a group lesson with others who have never skied or snowboarded before. Available daily.

The Next Step - if you have tried our Discover package and you are ready for more. This lesson package is for you! Includes 1 hour lesson, 1/2 day chairlift ticket and 1/2 day rental.

Instructor in Training Programs

These programs are designed for youth and adults that would like to fine tune their skiing or boarding skills, with the option of taking a level 1 CSIA or CASI course to become a certified instructor and perhaps also begin a career at Calabogie Peaks.
