The Peaks at Calabogie Lake
The Resort consists of over 1,500 acres of magnificant terrain bordered by Calabogie Lake, the Madawaska River and Crown land. There are a range of neighbourhoods emerging at the Resort, including the Beachfront, the Base Mountain, Juniper Ridge (mountainside ski-in; ski out) and Madawaska River lots.
The Base Mountain development will consist of approximately 236 stacked townhomes in six, eight and twelve unit blocks nestled at the foot of our mountain. This new proposed plan will create a real community at Calabogie Peaks Resort and provide an excellent base for long term sustainable development throughout the various future development sites. Planned unit sizes vary between 1,100 and 1,400 square feet.
