The Madawaska Room
Conveniently located in Dickson Manor, the Madawaska Room windows provide panoramic views of both mountain and lake. A gas fireplace, harmonizing decor, access to large landscaped terraces and room dividers offer a warm and welcoming meeting room. Wireless access is now available in the Madawaska Room.
Theatre Meeting Room
Perfectly sized for more intimate groups, the Theatre comes with wide screen projection screen and discussion board and could be used as a "Break-off" room from the Madawaska Room.
Black Donald's
Floor to ceiling windows reach up 25 feet in the upper lodge, providing a spectacular view of the mountain. Patio doors open on to a large deck. Can be set up for various styles including buffet and sit-down dining. Includes built-in bar, fireplace and dance floor, with seating for up to 120 for dinner and 200 for reception.
Fireside Room
Double 4-sided stone fireplaces soar up to the 40-foot ceiling in this spacious area on the main level of the ski lodge. The room is lined on both sides by 15-foot high windows allowing abundant light to flood in. The casual warmth of the stone and cedar decor will make all 100 of your guests feel welcome.
