Night Auditor / Front Desk Representative

 

  • Verifying all receipts and days sales for dining room to ensure accuracy
  • Correcting any errors and finalizing day’s sales
  • Verifying all paperwork and entries into reservations system for Front Desk to ensure accuracy and correcting any errors
  • Posting any necessary charges prior to audit
  • Running audit and verifying all charges have been posted and audit is balanced
  • Greet clients upon their arrival at the resort; responding to questions and requests
    Answering switchboard and directing calls
  • Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements; verifying pre-registration; assigning room; obtaining information and signatures; issuing door cards
  • Convey information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, faxes, packages, etc.
  • Provide information to guests by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services (i.e. spa, shopping, entertainment)
  • Make accommodation reservations; checking availability; confirming requirements
  • Check-in and check-out of guests
  • Completing and filing miscellaneous paperwork
  • Maintain records by entering room and guest account data
  • Collect revenue by entering services and charges; computing bill and obtaining payment
  • Marketing, knowledge and promotion of our programs, packages, pricing and policies
  • To ensure cleanliness and organization of Reception Desk
  • Inventory and sign out of room keys and building keys
  • Update voicemail including snow condition line and website
  • Assist Member Services Department in various tasks

Server, Food & Beverage

 

  • Serve breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner to all clients in an efficient and timely manner with professional attitude at all times
  • Process payments of all meal cheques through Pixelpoint software solutions
  • Process end of shift reports for accounting
  • Set up dining room tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner with clean cutlery, dishes, glassware, tablecloths and napkins
  • Clean tables, dining areas, cupboards, bar area, fridges and servery areas on a daily basis
  • Keep condiments and daily inventory items in servery area stocked at all times.
  • Process daily inventory sheets at the end of each shift

Food & Beverage/Dining Room Supervisor

 

To provide exceptional customer service in a high paced quality atmosphere. To demonstrate courteous and professional mannerisms towards customers and team members at all times.

 

 

 

  • Set work schedules and train staff, supervise staff and monitor staff performance for dining, cafeteria and bar areas, including some weddings & group functions
  • Assist with daily operations of the restaurant, cafeteria and bar including serving & greeting when required
  • Set guidelines for proper food and beverage service and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Supervise room décor, all related food services including  arrangements with some suppliers
  • Resolve customer complaints as well as internal conflicts amongst server/bar staff
  • Identifies gaps between customer expectations and planned service and identify areas for improvements within the food and beverage department. 
  • Ensure staff are fully trained in the operation of the point of sale system and daily cash out/balancing procedures.

Esthetician, Les Saisons Spa

 

  • Performing spa services on clients (i.e. manicures, pedicures, waxing, body wraps, facials, tinting and massage)
  • Greet clients upon arriving at the spa
  • Assisting customers in filling out appropriate paper work and guiding through spa facilities
  • Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Filling out time cards
  • Sterilizing implements used during services
  • Preparing client’s invoices and collecting payment
  • Cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, empting garbage)
  • Safe operation of spa equipment such as high frequency and steam machine; massage table and heating blanket; hot cabinet units and wax pots; paraffin bath and ultra violet sanitizer
  • Ensuring equipment is maintained and in good operational condition

 

Job Specifications, Standards and Requirements:

  • Completion of esthetician program or equivalent experience

Housekeeper


 List of duties or tasks to be performed (Including but not limited to):

  • Maintain accommodation rooms by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies and providing linen services;
  • Maintain resort building areas by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies and providing linen services;
  • Keep equipment in good operating order by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs;
  • Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures;
  • Following and completing task requests by supervisor;
  • Maintain ski lodge by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, washing, mopping, replenishing supplies.
  • Weekly carpet shampooing of all areas
