Night Auditor / Front Desk Representative
- Verifying all receipts and days sales for dining room to ensure accuracy
- Correcting any errors and finalizing day’s sales
- Verifying all paperwork and entries into reservations system for Front Desk to ensure accuracy and correcting any errors
- Posting any necessary charges prior to audit
- Running audit and verifying all charges have been posted and audit is balanced
- Greet clients upon their arrival at the resort; responding to questions and requests
Answering switchboard and directing calls
- Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements; verifying pre-registration; assigning room; obtaining information and signatures; issuing door cards
- Convey information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, faxes, packages, etc.
- Provide information to guests by answering inquiries regarding hotel and other services (i.e. spa, shopping, entertainment)
- Make accommodation reservations; checking availability; confirming requirements
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Completing and filing miscellaneous paperwork
- Maintain records by entering room and guest account data
- Collect revenue by entering services and charges; computing bill and obtaining payment
- Marketing, knowledge and promotion of our programs, packages, pricing and policies
- To ensure cleanliness and organization of Reception Desk
- Inventory and sign out of room keys and building keys
- Update voicemail including snow condition line and website
- Assist Member Services Department in various tasks

- Serve breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner to all clients in an efficient and timely manner with professional attitude at all times
- Process payments of all meal cheques through Pixelpoint software solutions
- Process end of shift reports for accounting
- Set up dining room tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner with clean cutlery, dishes, glassware, tablecloths and napkins
- Clean tables, dining areas, cupboards, bar area, fridges and servery areas on a daily basis
- Keep condiments and daily inventory items in servery area stocked at all times.
- Process daily inventory sheets at the end of each shift

To provide exceptional customer service in a high paced quality atmosphere. To demonstrate courteous and professional mannerisms towards customers and team members at all times.
- Set work schedules and train staff, supervise staff and monitor staff performance for dining, cafeteria and bar areas, including some weddings & group functions
- Assist with daily operations of the restaurant, cafeteria and bar including serving & greeting when required
- Set guidelines for proper food and beverage service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise room décor, all related food services including arrangements with some suppliers
- Resolve customer complaints as well as internal conflicts amongst server/bar staff
