New Slopestyle Terrain Parks Mogul Field and Big Air Jumps

The Peaks has constructed four new slopeside terrain parks – these areas are the largest and most comprehensive terrain parks in the national capital and Outauis regions.

A new slopeside terrain park has been installed on the Jackladder trail.
This park was the home of the Ontario Freestyle Timber Tour event on February 3rd & 4th.  It includes big air and all new rails, boxes, rainbows and other features acquired in 2012 from the leader manufacturer www.northernrails.ca

A new mogul field has been installed under the Solar Express chairlift.
This is the only mogul field in eastern Ontario and western Quebec.  It was also one of the venues used in the Ontario Freestyle Timber Tour event on February 3rd & 4th.

A new big air park has been installed under the Lakeview Express chairlift.
This park features a series of jumps, progressing from intermediate to extra large.   This big air field is the only one of its kind in the national capital region and will challenge even the most experienced riders and freestylers.

The mini terrain park has been expanded and is now outfitted with all new features from www.northernrails.ca.
The mini park is the perfect place for early riders and freestylers to learn their trade and prepare for the bigger parks.

A terrain park pass is required to have access to these parks.

The Peaks offers training to master the parks and the jumps.  Freestyle lessons are available from the Snowschool.  The Calabogie Freestyle Club www.calabogiepeaksfreestyle.com offers an exciting winter program for young athletes to learn under the experience of seasoned and certified coaches.

Spectators at home or at the office can watch live on the HD mountain cam.
